Anger Management
This program is to help children deal with their anger in more effective ways.
The 4 sessions are designed to help children deal with strong emotions in alternative ways. At the conclusion of this group, participants will be able to label angry situations and be able to generate alternative ways to deal with their angry feelings. Divorce & Separation
This program gives children basic tools to help them cope with separation and divorce through games, activities and discussion.

Basic Shelf Cooking Program
This program teaches the basics of cooking healthy meals on a budget. Funded by Department of Community Services, this program is offered in conjunction with the various Adult Learning Programs in Yarmouth.
