Play and Learn
Play and Learn provides children 0 to 5 with an opportunity to interact with others in a large group setting. It also encourages fine motor, cognitive, and social development. We provide rotating play and theme areas. Free play, crafts, painting,
and snack time are included. This is an excellent opportunity for parents and children to spend fun time together! Play and Learn is held at Beacon Church on Wednesday morning, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Contact Nathalie at
ext #4 for more information.
Circle Time
Circle Time is a group experience for parents and children 6 months to 5 years. It focuses on the pleasures and power of using rhymes, songs and stories together. It aims at improving parent-child interaction and providing exposure to the patterns of language development. Songs and rhymes are followed by story time, snack, and crafts. Circle Time is held Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Parents' Place. Contact Tina at ext #3 for more information and to register.
We also have Circle Time for ages 0-5 at the Carleton Fire Hall from
